This family recipe is everyone's favourite and has always been a hit in our family dinners. The kids love this vegetable dish and it's easy to make! Give it a try!
Swiss Green Beans
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
3 cups French-cut green beans, cooked & drained 1 tsp. salt
1⁄4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 1⁄2 cups Kellogg’s Special K
1⁄2 tsp. grated onion
1 1⁄2 cups grated processed Swiss cheese
Melt butter over low heat; stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onions.
Add sour cream, stirring until smooth.
Increase heat to medium and cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly.
Fold in green beans.
Pour into greased 11⁄2 quart baking dish. Toss together the Special K and grated cheese.
Sprinkle over beans. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
芝士焗豆角食谱:
材料:
· 2汤匙 黄油或人造黄油
· 1杯 酸奶油
· 2汤匙 面粉
· 3 杯 法式切青豆 (煮熟并沥干)
· 1 茶匙 盐
· 1⁄4 茶匙 胡椒粉
· 1茶匙 糖
· 1 + 1⁄2 杯 玉米脆片
· 1⁄2 茶匙 洋葱(切碎)
· 1 + 1⁄2 杯磨碎的瑞士奶酪
步骤:
1. 用小火融化黄油;拌入面粉、盐、胡椒粉、糖和洋葱。
2. 加入酸奶油,搅拌至顺滑。
3. 把火调至中火并煮至起泡和变稠,期间要不断搅拌。
4. 拌入豆角。把烤盘涂上黄油防沾再把豆角倒入。
5. 把玉米脆片和磨碎的奶酪混合在一起。撒在豆角上。
6. 在 350°F (180°C) 下烘烤约 20 分钟或直至起泡。
